• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

• Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery takes 6-9 business days, depending on your location.

• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

• Shipping Area: We currently ship within the United States only.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your experience with Bambi Baby Co. If you're not completely satisfied:

• You can return your item within 30 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in original condition.

• Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
